No. All cropping happens in your browser using the Canvas API, so your images are never uploaded or stored anywhere.

You can crop in Free mode or lock the crop to 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 3:4 and 9:16, which is handy for social media profiles and posts.
How do I crop without a preset ratio?
Choose the Free preset. You can then resize and position the crop box however you like by dragging it and its corner handle.
