FAQs

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Watermarking runs entirely in your browser using the Canvas API, so your images never leave your device.

Can I watermark several images at once?

Yes. Add multiple images and the same watermark settings are applied to every one of them in a batch.

Can I use my own logo as a watermark?

Yes. Switch to the Logo image option, choose your logo, and it is scaled to about 20% of the image width while keeping its aspect ratio.

Is the tool free to use?

Yes. Every Handio tool is free, with no sign-up, no limits and no watermarks added by us.

Why watermark your images?

Watermarks label your work and discourage casual reuse when you share photos online. A subtle mark protects your brand without ruining the image.

Tips and Limits

Keep opacity around 40-60% so the watermark is visible but the image stays readable. The watermark is drawn onto a copy of your image, so the original file on your device is never changed. Everything is processed locally in your browser.
