Is the tool free to use?

Yes. Every Handio tool is free, with no sign-up, no limits and no watermarks.

Why use Image Color Extractor?

Pull the exact colors out of any image when you need a palette to match — instead of eyeballing a color picker, get honest HEX values straight from the pixels of a reference photo or logo.

Tips and Limits

The palette favors the largest uniform areas, so a small detail color you want may not show up — request 20 colors instead of 5 when hunting for a subtle shade. Colors are grouped from downsampled pixels, so two very similar tones may collapse into one swatch.
